Do you want to get rid of that nagging Win2003 shutdown screen? Here is the how:
- Start - Run - gpedit.msc
- Go to Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - System
- Look for the entry "Display Shutdown Event Tracker". Double click on it.
- Change the setting to "Disabled".
- Log off and on and you're done.
