If you have worked with the SQL Server Enterprise Manager you might have noticed all these system objects that clutter your screen. Most of the time (about 99% of the time I guess ;-)) I'm not interested in these system objects.

I did'n even now that it could be turned of until one of my colleagues showed me. But as times go by I forgot where to turn it of and today I had to ask him again. I hear you thinking you sorryass can't even remeber something so simple. Well let me say it's not the most obvious place to change this option. Ok, nough said action now.

Now let's hide it.
Step 1: Right click the SQL Server and select the second option "Edit SQL Server Registration properties ...".

Step 2) Under "Options", deselect the checkbox in front of the text "Show system databases and system objects".
Step 3) Click "OK".

Under options deselect Show sytem ...

And gone is the screen cluttering system stuff.
